It gives you the ability to have to tap the power button twice to turn the machine on. As such, the situation is eliminated where a random one-touch turns on the machine and drains the battery. The program is just absolutely essential. It has other features, too, and works flawlessly, so I recommend strongly that every Palm owner buy this well-priced utility. by Che Salazar This is, by far, the best app you can get for your t|2. Since the power button's usually exposed (unless you have a hard case), it's really easy for it to get switched on when it's bouncing around your bag or even in your pocket. It's extremely simple to program. I like being able to customize the different buttons. I have the power button set to function as always (one click) and the rest set for 2 clicks. I also really appreciate the screen dimmer - which doubtless saves a lot of battery drain. It is really a perfect, simple, well-designed and inexpensive program. by Scott Waller Phenomenal program....Phenomenal developer. This patch works great with my new Tapwave Zodiac device. The developer responded remarkably fast when I emailed him about special buttons on the Tapwave Zodiac device for which his earlier versions of the program did not work. He sent me a test program to help him to identify the buttons on the device that were not being controlled by the program. With that information, he was able to create this patch within a week. Would absolutely buy from this developer again.
